We try to make the monument ordering process as easy and stress free as possible as we know that it is not an easy decision to make.

The monument design process has some key steps to make sure the final product is both meaningful and impactful. It kicks off with brainstorming ideas that highlight what the monument is all about. From there, drawings/proofs help visualize the concept. This is your opportunity to correct and change what will appear on the stone, such as ensuring correct spelling, correct placement, and correct imaging & lettering.

We have a collection of memorial layouts and images to choose from. We can also create custom designs for you.  ​

After you select the style, stone, size, finish and color, we take care of the rest. For new monuments, we order the stone material from our preferred vendors.  If we do not have the stone readily in stock at the time the order is placed, then we will have to order the stone to be delivered to us by the manufacturer.

After obtaining the stone, we start carving to bring your envisioned beautiful memorial to life.

For on-site engraving, once your order is confirmed, we visit the cemetery to take a rubbing (exact copy) of your memorial. This step ensures that we accurately verify the size, style of lettering, and layout. We will then provide you with a 'proof' that outlines the specific details you requested. Once payment is received, we return to the cemetery to finalize the engraving.

...the engraving on the monument is finished, and it’s ready to be delivered to its new location at a local cemetery. We coordinate with your cemetery for the delivery/or installation of the monument. Our team digs several feet deep to pour a concrete foundation, ensuring the monument’s stability.

Please note that many cemeteries require that they handle the installation of the memorials themselves.

After the installation is complete, we will inform you so you can visit the monument and see it in person.

We offer cleaning and restoration services for all kinds of stones and markers, regardless of whether or not we installed them. Your monument represents something significant, and its upkeep is essential. Our team visits the site where the stone is located and employs specialized cleaning techniques to rejuvenate its.
